Connecting to the EFG digital website

Using the Entrust hard token

If you have opted for a hard token instead of the EFG Digital Key, this guide will help you connect to your account online. If you wish to upgrade to the EFG Digital Key, please follow this guide to get set up.

Your first connection

To access the digital channel, visit the EFG website and click on the ‘Login’ button at the top right of your screen. Alternatively, navigate directly to https://ebanking.efginternational.com

1. Use the username provided in your welcome letter.

2. Set a password by clicking on “Forgot your password?” (A)

3. Then, you will be requested to enter:
   . Your username (B)
   . The email address you provided to the bank when you subscribed to eBanking services (C)

4. Clicking on “Continue” (D) will generate a reset password email.
   . Please check your email inbox as well as your spam folder.

Your first connection

5. At this stage, you will have to enter a new password – this password must follow the password policy shown.

6. Now you need to enter an authentication code which you can get from the Entrust device
   . To get a code from the Entrust device, hold down the hexagonal button (A) for a few seconds and a code will appear in the display (B).

Future connections

Once you have created a password, it is simple to log in to the digital channel. Enter your username and click ‘validate’, next enter your password and token code. The token code is provided by the Entrust device.
