Connecting to the EFG Mobile application

Getting started

To start using the EFG Mobile app, you must first set up your digital banking via the browser-based online banking. If you need help with your initial connection, please follow this guide.

Once you have successfully logged into EFG on your desktop, logging in on your mobile device is straightforward.

Step-by-step guide to setting up the mobile app

Follow these two simple steps to get everything you need at your fingertips. If you need assistance, contact eBanking Support.

Step 1

Log into the digital channel on a desktop and navigate to Mobile in the top navigation. Under ‘Link new application’ go to Step 1 and choose ‘EFG Mobile Banking’ on the left handside and download the app onto your device by scanning the QR code for the App Store or Google Play. Once downloaded set up the app.

Step 2

Return to the webpage on your desktop to complete Step 2. Click ‘Generate’ and a QR code will appear.
On the EFG Mobile app, tap ‘I’m ready to scan’ and point the camera at the QR code on the desktop. You can now log in using your eBanking credentials and the EFG Digital Key app.
