If your smartphone or tablet with the EFG Digital Key has been lost or stolen, please contact the eBanking Support team immediately. They will revoke access and guide you through the next steps.

EFG Digital Key is a single app for your smartphone or tablet that allows you to log into the digital channel, approve payments, provide double signatures, and securely identify yourself with EFG eBanking Support.

An Entrust hard token is a small physical device that provides a code required for logging into the digital channel or approving payments. It acts as a second layer of authentication alongside your username and password. The Entrust hard token is an alternative to the EFG Digital Key and is available if you do not have a smartphone.

To set up access to the digital channel, you need your welcome letter containing your username and one-time password. If you do not have this letter, please contact your Client Relationship Officer.

To log in to the digital channel, ensure you have registered with your Client Relationship Officer. For your first log in, use the username and one-time password that you received. Follow this guide for more detailed assistance.
