For the team, the next chapter is underway. A new, cutting-edge racing yacht launches this summer and two of sailing’s toughest challenges are on the horizon: The Ocean Race in 2027 and the Vendée Globe in 2028.
The race to protect the ocean is one of the defining challenges of our time and it influences everything Team Malizia does, both on and off the water. They use the power of their sporting platform to inspire change, and the new campaign video brings this to life.
In line with EFG’s own commitment to sustainability, we collaborate on several key initiatives. The ‘My Ocean Challenge’ programme which uses Team Malizia’s sailing adventures to inspire the next generation, and the Malizia Mangrove Park in the Philippines. For each EFG credit card issued, we make a donation to fund the planting of 100 mangroves, helping to restore nature, support the local community and combat climate change.
The long-standing partnership with Team Malizia drives our own efforts to embed sustainability more deeply into our business and culture. Together, we are united by a common purpose: to perform at the highest level, help protect the environment and invest in future generations.
