As in 2025, EFG International AG is committed to find ways to reduce the use of natural resources and go “paperless” as much as possible.

On EFG Shareholder Platform Gvote available at the link gvote.ch you’ll have easy access to all information about EFG International’s Annual General Meeting. Please register by entering your username and password, as indicated in the registration form, and accept the terms of use.

You can choose between ordering your entrance card, authorising any other registered shareholder or a third party to attend the AGM and exercise your votes. Alternatively, you can exercise your voting rights prior to the AGM via the online-voting form by authorising and instructing the independent proxy to exercise your voting rights at the AGM. Finally, click on “Register” to save your selection.

By registering and providing our share register with your e-mail address, you have the option to receive your admission card directly via e-mail with only few clicks and going forward, you will receive the agenda/invitation to the General Meeting exclusively in electronic form.

Important note:
Electronic issuance of instructions and powers of attorney for the 2026 Annual General Meeting is possible at any time up to 23:59 on 18 March 2026. By issuing electronic instructions and powers of attorney, you waive any attendance in person at this year’s general meeting. If you issue instructions to the independent proxy both electronically and in writing, the electronic instructions alone will be taken into consideration.
