Who are the Executive Committee?

The Executive Committee is responsible for EFG International’s overall strategy, within the respective parameters established by the Board of Directors and is accountable for all operational and organisational matters as well as for the operating results. The Executive Committee is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Company. Consistent with strategy approved by the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee is responsible for implementing business strategies, risk management systems, risk culture, processes and controls for managing the risks – both financial and non-financial – to which EFG International is exposed and concerning which it is responsible for complying with laws, regulations and internal policies.
