Within the mobile app you can set up standing orders, if you are a client booked in Switzerland. This is a great way to ensure that payments which are due on a regular basis in the same amount are made automatically.

Creating and editing standing orders

To create a standing order, start setting up a payment as you usually would. Instead of selecting the default value ‘Single payment’ you can switch to ‘Standing Order” and select ‘Valid from’, ‘Frequency’ and ‘Validity’ of the new standing order.

If you want to edit an existing standing order you can do this from the ‘Payments’ tab and then ‘Standing orders’. You will see a list of all the standing orders you have created. To edit a standing order, tap on the standing order to open it and tap the ‘Edit’ button on the top right. You can then edit the payment.
