EFG to partner with Capital Group to enhance investment solutions offering and opportunities

EFG International (EFG) today announced that it is entering into a strategic collaboration with Capital Group for the creation, co-development and distribution of investment solutions. Thanks to this partnership, EFG’s clients will gain access to a wide range of Capital Group’s current and future investment solutions. This marks the next milestone in EFG’s efforts to enhance its open-architecture product offering as part of its commitment to delivering truly personalised service to its clients, as announced in its 2026-2028 strategy presented last November.

Through this strategic collaboration, EFG and Capital Group will work together globally on opportunities to further broaden their investment solutions, leveraging their respective strengths. EFG’s clients will gain access to a wide range of Capital Group’s leading investment solutions tailored to their goals and risk profile. In addition, EFG’s Client Relationship Officers (CROs) and Investment Counsellors (ICs) will have access to Capital Group’s educational resources, including in-person training and its digital platform, as well as to Capital Group’s leading investment specialists and client solutions group.

With over 9,000 associates and 33 offices around the globe, Capital Group is one of the world’s largest active investment managers with USD 3.2 trillion in Assets under Management for financial intermediaries and institutional clients around the world.

Andre Portelli, Global Head of Investment & Client Solutions at EFG:
“This collaboration brings together EFG’s global private banking expertise and extensive investment knowhow with the proven capabilities of Capital Group, one of the largest active investment management firms globally. This will allow us to further increase EFG’s content innovation and product sophistication, strengthening our holistic and truly personalised offering. In this way, we are delivering on our commitment to giving clients choice and enabling them to benefit from an even broader suite of products designed to help them achieve their financial goals.”

Grant Leon, Head of Financial Intermediaries, Europe and Asia-Pacific at Capital Group:
“Capital Group is focused on being a long-term partner of choice for leading institutions around the world. This collaboration with EFG reflects a shared commitment to client-centric investing and to broadening access to high-quality, actively managed investment solutions.”
