This year, EFG announced the renewal of the title sponsorship through to 2028, further extending a long-standing partnership that continues to thrive and reflect the festival’s continued strength and enduring appeal.
Jazz Voice, the opening gala, was broadcast live on Radio 3 and the London Standard hailed the night ‘a fittingly sumptuous start’ to the festival. The line-up included Dee Dee Bridgewater, Caleb Kunle, Tyreek McDole, Stella Cole, Tanita Tikaram, Natalie Williams, Vula Malinga and Jacqui Dankworth, who performed a tribute to her late mother and jazz legend, Cleo Laine. Every performance was elevated to the next level by the sounds of Guy Barker’s 44-piece orchestra.
Alongside Jazz Voice, other shows in the EFG Elements Series included the return of Tanita Tikaram for a headline concert and a genre-defying, sold-out show from Nigel Kennedy. The series closed with Ana Carla Maza and her energetic and crowd pleasing blend of cello and vocals.
The EFG London Jazz Festival returns from Friday, 13 to Sunday, 22 November 2026.
