EFG International annonce la conclusion de l’intégration juridique de l’activité suisse de BSI et renouvelle sa marque
EFG International a annoncé aujourd’hui avoir terminé l’intégration juridique de quasiment toute l’activité suisse de BSI SA dans EFG Bank AG, filiale à 100% d’EFG International. Ayant complété cette intégration en Suisse, EFG lance ainsi sa nouvelle marque.
