Announcement of the intended amalgamation of EFG Private Bank (Channel Islands) Limited and EFG Bank AG
TAKE NOTE THAT, pursuant to section 65(3)(a) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 as amended, that "EFGAG" and "EFGIG", being the amalgamating companies, propose to amalgamate on or around 22 November 2021. The amalgamated (continuing) company will be "EFGAG".
