Yvonne Bettkober is a recognised expert in digital transformation, organisational development and strategy operationalisation. As seasoned executive, she brings over 20 years of cross-continent experience in enterprise transformation, sales, and business development across the technology and automotive industries.

Effective October 1, 2026, Yvonne Bettkober has been appointed as member of the Board of Management at Daimler Truck Holding AG, where she assumes responsibility for Group-wide Human Resources and labour relations. She joined Daimler Truck Holding AG from Audi AG, where she most recently served as Chief Transformation Officer. Prior to her tenure at Audi, she held several senior positions, including Head of Group Organisational Development & Transformation at Volkswagen Group from April 2023, and Head of Transformation as well as member of the Extended Management Board at CARIAD until February 2025. Earlier in her career, Yvonne Bettkober was General Manager and CEO of Amazon Web Services in Switzerland and Austria and held several senior positions at Microsoft.

She holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from the Technische Universität Berlin and an MBA in Corporate Strategy through a joint program offered by the University of Warwick (UK), ESSEC Business School (Cergy, France), and the University of Mannheim (Germany).
