Welcome to the world of e-connect, a service that gives you all the convenience and functionality of an efficient and easy-to-use e-banking solution.
e-connect is a portal for clients seeking simple, secure 24/7 Internet access to their portfolios wherever they are in the world, plus the possibility of making money transfers on request (available to clients with a booking centre in Switzerland) and communicating directly with their advisor safely and securely.
Furthermore e-connect offers to the client the possibility, through the e-doc function, to receive bank documentation electronically simplifying the documentation management for the client. The service is completed with the possibility to transfer data from client to bank sending DTA files, extractions of ISR data or download transactions via standard format MT571 / MT940.
The connection to the service is free. Clients pay only the payment transfer fees*. The services available via e-connect and all information regarding the service, are governed by specific service agreements.
Payment orders submitted to the bank via e-connect are processed and executed every 30 minutes, Monday to Friday**, from 07.00am to 4.00pm CET (GMT +1).
Orders may be cancelled at any time provided they have not already been processed.
Using the optical pen makes money transfer orders even quicker and easier; speak to your advisor to find out how to obtain one.
Accessing e-connect has never been so easy.
In fact, there are two different systems for the generation of the One Time Password. The first, the “smart token”, is based on a classic physical device shaped like a credit card and the second, known as the “mobile key”, is based on an app for smartphones and tablets (available for devices with iOS and Android operating systems).
