At home with the Béjart Ballet…

You can now enjoy the Béjart Ballet Lausanne through a series of online performances, streamed free of charge, into your living room. The worldwide known dance company is regarded as a symbol of Swiss excellence, and its values have much in common with our own. We are delighted to support the Béjart Ballet Lausanne that is helping to bring this wonderful art form to audiences around the world.

So far, more than 100,000 people around the world have watched the following ballets: t 'M et variations… and Syncope created by the Company’s artistic director, Gil Roman, as well as The Magic Flute and Piaf, by Maurice Béjart. The upcoming weeks, the company will screen on its homepage www.bejart.ch: Kyôdaï by Gil Roman, The Bejart Ballet Lausanne on China Tour – a documentary by Arantxa Aguirre and 空Ku by guest choreographer Yuka Oishi.

Southbank Sinfonia’s Virtual Family Concert

Southbank Sinfonia’s 2020 intake of talented young musicians may be scattered all over the world at the moment, but they collaborated to produce an innovative version of their highly popular Family Concert, supported by EFG Private Banking, which premiered on 09 May.

Perfect for children aged 5-11 (or those parents seeking home schooling inspiration), this animated version featured musicians from around the globe coming together to tell tales of folk stories and perform music from their native countries and cultures.
